Mindful of the needs of the Walnut Creek community and the City’s quality of life, seek compassionate solutions to homelessness and work collaboratively with local and regional organizations to develop safety net services and the means for affordable supportive housing.

current projects

The Tiny Homes Project is currently being completed by the Housing Committee, a branch of the Walnut Creek Homeless Task Force. More information about the Tiny Homes Project can be found here.

On March 23rd, 2021, Loaves and Fishes, in partnership with Trinity Center, began serving hot, nutritious “To Go” lunches to anyone in Walnut Creek in need of food. Click here to read more.

WCHTF Meetings

Our last meeting of 2023 will be November 15 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
We meet via Zoom.
